Pressure canners provide the only safe method for preserving low-acid foods, such as green beans, meats, squash and pumpkin, and stews, soups, and broths. In this program you will learn how to safely can low-acid foods in this interactive session and receive tested recipes that help take the pressure out of pressure canning. 

This Food Preservation Watch Party is a pre-recorded webinar offered through the University of Illinois Extension Office with supporting handouts provided. The program is FREE, in-person at the library, and reservations are not required.
